Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesHandle all customer enquiries in a professional, courteous & timely mannerConsistently follow defined HR processes, challenging steps that may not make sense / add valueMaintain process documentation in accordance with local labor legislation & Data Privacy regulationsProvide and maintain documentation of HR lifecycle and employee lifecycle and other HR processesMaintaining Workday database, ensuring highest standards of completeness, accuracy, and compliance with relevant legislation HR and regional People Operations requirementsDevelop a strong working relationship with the GE HealthCare HR, People Leaders, and Employee communities through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issuesProactively engage HR and regional HR partners & customers to ensure timely resolution of transactionsActively seek customer feedback & use it to improve our service offeringDeliver on commitments, manage expectations & keep customers informed on progress –taking clear accountability and ownership throughout the processEnsure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and GE HealthCare policy requirementsWorking closely with the Learning and development teamSupport the HR function regarding engagementDrive internship programQualifications/RequirementsCountry Specific RequirementsBachelor's Degree in in related field or studying toward a degree in related fieldFluency in local required languages and/or English knowledge both verbal and writtenPrevious experience (minimum 1 year) in any Service Delivery / Customer Operations center or HR Contact/Service Center role, ideally within a multinational organizationDesired CharacteristicsSolid interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a team-based environmentOrganizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracyEffective communication skills through written and verbal communication and consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional mannerProficiency in HR systems (ex.
