- Lead and support a team of customer service agents, ensuring daily operations run smoothly;
- Monitor team performance, identify trends, and implement improvement plans;
- Coach and mentor team members to meet quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals;
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving complex customer cases;
- Collaborate with internal departments (QA, WFM, Training) to drive service consistency;
- Help implement processes, workflows, and engagement strategies as the team grows;
- Report regularly on team KPIs and contribute to a culture of performance and accountability.
- Has previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role (preferably in customer service or a contact center);
- Minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred);
- Understands the dynamics of a fast-paced e-commerce or BPO environment;
- Proficiency in MS Offices;
- Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 or higher).
