Your new role:
Distributor SupportSupport the Distributor Key Account Manager with monthly forecasts.
Assist with decision-making and manage customer claims, including system updates and goodwill entries.
Create and follow up on reactive quotes for unmanaged resellers, ensuring proper tracking in CRM.
Ensure timely receipt of distributor reports (sell-out, stock, claims, in-house share) and follow up as needed.
Respond promptly to distributor requests, including product info and price lists.Account Management:Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, video, and email to ensure a great sales experience.
Grow revenue in strategic product areas by managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Handle account planning, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.
Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate technical support, and resolve issues with internal teams.
Follow up on marketing leads and engage unmanaged accounts through calling campaigns.What you'll need to succeed:College or university degree,
Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in sales and account management, ideally in B2B,
Excellent communication skills,
Agile and proactive attitude,
Fluency in German is essential, along with conversational proficiency in English.
