About the RoleThe Team Leader (Warranty Analysis Lab) is the key player between analysis lab team and customer representatives including external partners.This position includes the opportunity of technical and leadership challenges. The position requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, customer engagement, and analytical skills.What You Will Do

Plan and optimalize technical resources
Select and organize workflow within the team.
Functional leading of analysis team and handle resources
Engage with leadership, customers, and internal teams; handle escalations promptly.
Lead root cause analysis and develop practical solutions.
Proactively prevent issues and support process improvements.
Provide inputs for budget planning,
Supervising root-cause analysis and 8D reporting

What You Need to Be Successful

MSC/BSC electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in a failure analysis management role or minimum 5+ years in a failure analysis engineering
Automotive industry background highly expected
Excellent skills in project management and time management.
Particularly good verbal and written english communication skills.
Contribute to teamwork of crossfunctional team within the EU structure.
Very resolute and strong advocate for product quality.
Exceptional creative problemsolver.

What is Nice to Have

German language skill
Advanced test solutions knowledge for the automotive industry.
Knowledge of Automotive international reliability standards and specific automotive OEM specifications. Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.3, VDA Field Failure Analysis standards.
Good knowledge of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA.

Bonus Points if You Have

Willingness to travel abroad (1-3x annually)
Willing to work in Szekesfehervar, Hungary
