Responsible for the production processes and the products produced in the respective production area
Elaborating of the production process, preparation of the necessary documentation
Defining process characteristics / settings, ensuring their correctness continuously
Preparing of flowcharts, technological instructions, participation in the writing of production documents to be prepared in groups (e.g. FMEA)
Participating in quality and efficiency analyses, developing and implementing modifications for continuous improvement
Participating in the implementation of the necessary corrective measures
Participating in solving quality problems that arise during production
Elaboration and introduction of processes, analyses, modifications
Organization and management of trial production
Production support
Preparation and implementation of a maintenance plan.

YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Education - Advanced Engineering - Electrical or mechanical engineering degree
Knowledge of production processes
Knowledge of today's production preparation and support tools
Project management practice
Computer Handling Practice
Quality knowledge: TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001, 8D/Lynx
MFG/Pro knowledge
Participating in teamwork
Problem-Analysis and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to work independently
Good expressiveness both in writing and orally
Foreign language skills (intermediate level of English).
