Ensure case and call logging to a high quality standard with regular updates on cases until successful conclusion

Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environmentExperience in a customer facing role or order processing
Good MS Office skills
Knowledge of SFDC and SAP desired
Accurate and fast data entry skills
